Please read before booking

Noise Please be considerate to other campers and avoid all unnecessary noise, especially when returning from Burnham Market in the evening. No music is allowed except from acoustic instruments e.g. guitars (and headphones!). Please do not make any noise between 10pm and 8 am.

On site Wardens control the site and have the authority to ask you to leave if necessary. They will check leavers are out by 12pm, and welcome new guests at 5pm each day. Visitors after 6p.m. require permission or pay charge for night’s stay. Please make sure you have your numbered receipt with you. A mobile number is available after booking for emergency or urgent messages when you are on site. Please TEXT your ETA to this number If you are delayed. For other questions please email us  

Refunds cannot be made after your booking is accepted, so please take out appropriate holiday insurance to cover cancellation and other eventualities. However unused booking fees can be gift aided to St Margaret’s Church and claimed on your tax return.

In the event of extreme weather conditions St Margaret’s church will act as a refuge. Please visit (children accompanied) and enjoy this wonderful building – Phone charging allowed.

Dogs must be tethered and kept on a lead except in the exercise area, and always under control. All droppings must be bagged at once and the ground washed if necessary.

Toilet facilities (male and female) are adjacent to the showers which have changing areas. Nothing is allowed down the toilets except toilet tissue as we have septic tank disposal . There is a separate tank for emptying cassettes.

Cars. Please park close to your tent, do not leave your engine running or use cars apart from entering and exiting site. Please close the gate and make sure it is locked

 

Fires of any kind may be forbidden depending on very dry conditions and the adjacent fields in harvest time. Otherwise off ground fire baskets and barbecues are allowed.
