Burnham Breck Pop -up want to stay on the right side of the law, but we aren’t adding to the thousands of emails you have received about GDPR, and as a small church charity without employees I understand we don’t have to .
We do keep a record of the bookings you have made on our computer which is protected by ESET software. For August of the year in question we have a record of the details you have sent us about your booking including name, email address, car registration, and comments about numbers of children etc. Your details are not shared with anyone except other volunteers who are acting as wardens on the days of your visit. We do not contact you unless you specifically email us and request a reply. We haven’t done any direct marketing because we have more clients than we can cope with! We do not employ any paid staff.
Payment for your stay with us is made through Stripe. We have no access to that transaction apart from the amount of the purchase and the dates of your stay with us. We have no access to your credit card details which are seen exclusively by Stripe and are covered by their GDPR declaration.
